New Year’s Eve Dinner 2025

These are the Specials that will be offered for New Year’s Eve Dinner.

We will also be offering the full Polo Fields Menu if you want to order from it.

Soup

Lobster Bisque with corn bread croutons and lemon crema. $10

Appetizer

Seared ahi tuna
Pan-seared and served with a sweet chili-soy glaze, jalapeno aioli, orange Supremes, avocado, sesame seeds, and scallions. $15

Entrees

Surf and Turf
14 ounce angus reserve ribeye covered in buttery shiitake mushrooms and served with a 4-ounce lobster tail with lemon chive buree blanc. $65

Lobster Risotto
Decadent risotto studded with pancetta, peas, roasted wild mushrooms, and big pieces of lobster. Garnished with a merlot bellavitano crisp and sliced scallions. $40

Seared Mahi Mahi
Pan-seared 8-ounce mahi mahi with a rich tomato butter and fried basil. $32

All entrees served with smoked gouda au gratin potatoes and grilled asparagus

Desserts

Tiramisu with chocolate shavings. $12

Chocolate peanut butter cake with fresh whipped cream and blonde chocolate drizzle. $12

Vanilla Crème Brulee with fresh berries. $12
