How long is membership?
Memberships run from April 1st through March 31st of the following year. Before a person becomes a member, they must agree to the bylaws.

My birthday is April 2nd, and I will be turning 40. What membership level do I sign up for?
Whatever your age is on April 1st is the age that will be used to determine your membership level for the golf season.

My spouse is younger than me, can we use their age to be in a lower-cost membership?
No, the oldest person’s age in the family will be used to determine the appropriate membership level.

May I change my membership level during the year?
You may not downgrade your membership level, but you may upgrade your membership level.

What is the trail fee?
The trail fee is for a member-owned golf cart or any motorized mechanism that can be ridden and carry a person and their golf clubs.

How many times can I bring a guest to play?
You can bring guest as many times as you would like. But a guest is only allowed to play 6 times during the golf season. Example: You bring Tom Smith to play, but he has already played 6 times with other members during the golf season, then Tom Smith will not be able to play since he has already played his 6 allotted times as a guest.

Who can participate in club golf tournaments and leagues?
Full, Single, and Senior Golf Memberships may play in golf tournaments and leagues. Business, High School, College, Social, and Dining Memberships cannot play in golf tournaments or leagues. Management is looking into creating a social league that will be biweekly and would allow Business, High School, College, and Social Memberships to participate in a league. More information to come on this league.

Can I add the Pool or Fitness membership later and get it prorated?
You may add the Pool or Fitness membership later, but you will be required at that time to pay the full annual membership fee at the time of acquiring the membership.

Is there a single-person price for the Pool or Fitness membership?
No, the price is the same for single and family memberships.

I am a member, but don’t have a pool or fitness membership. Can I be a guest of another member for the pool or fitness center and just pay the guest fee?
No, you must have a pool or fitness center membership to use the pool or fitness center. You can pay the annual membership and use the pool or fitness center right away.

I am confused about how many rounds a Social Membership gets per year.
A Social Membership can play up to six rounds a year at the guest rate. A round of golf is either 9 or 18 holes. A Social Member may buy a 12-round punch card (prepaid rounds), but the card can only be used for one member of the family. The punch card allows the member to play a total of 12 times, instead of 6 times per golf season.

I have a Social Membership. Does each member of my family get to play six rounds of golf at the guest rate?
No. The Social membership permits six rounds in total for the membership. A Social Member may buy a 12-round punch card (prepaid rounds), but the card can only be used for one member of the family. The rounds for Social Members will be strictly enforced to protect the integrity of the Full Golf Memberships.

I have the Social Punch Card of 12 rounds of 9 holes. Can I use two of my rounds to play 18 holes?
Yes, you can use two of your 9-hole rounds to play 18 holes.

I have the Social Punch Card of 12 rounds for 18 holes. Can I split my 18 holes into 9-hole rounds to get 24 rounds of 9 holes?
You can play 9-holes, but it will count as a round of 18 holes. You cannot split the 18 holes into 9-hole rounds to get more rounds of golf.
