Pan-seared and served with a sweet chili-soy glaze, jalapeno aioli, orange Supremes, avocado, sesame seeds, and scallions. $15

14-ounce angus reserve ribeye, covered in buttery shiitake mushrooms, and served with a 4-ounce lobster tail with lemon chive buerre blanc. $65

Lobster Risotto
Decadent risotto studded with pancetta, peas, roasted wild mushrooms, and big pieces of lobster. Garnished with a merlot bellavitano crisp and sliced scallions. $40

Seared Mahi Mahi
Pan-seared 8-ounce mahi mahi with a rich tomato butter and fried basil. $32
